Viveka von Rosen has spent twenty years on the leading edge of business technology. She started teaching LinkedIn in 2006, when the platform had 7 million users and most professionals thought it was an online resume. She built one of the first LinkedIn training companies, wrote two bestselling books on the platform, authored multiple LinkedIn Learning courses, and trained over 100,000 professionals worldwide. In 2017 she co-founded Vengreso, the world's largest digital sales transformation company. Forbes named her a top social media influencer four years running.
Then she walked away from it.
After 17 years as the go-to authority on a male-dominated platform, in a male-dominated industry, she made the pivot she'd been quietly preparing for: serving women. Specifically, accomplished women 50+ who had built serious corporate careers and were ready for what came next — women with decades of expertise, real wisdom, and no clear path to making it visible.
What she found is that the women who needed her most were the ones tech had left behind. Not because they couldn't learn it. Because no one had ever taught it in a way that respected their intelligence, their experience, or their time.

• 90+ days before the retreat: Full refund, minus the $500 deposit.
• 30–90 days before: 50% refund — or transfer your spot to another person, or apply the balance to a future retreat.
• Under 30 days: No refund, but you may substitute another attendee or apply to the next cohort.
